If you're having a problem with BOT, there are four things you can do:

1. Make sure you have the latest version.
2. Read the online help. It's pretty good.
3. Read the FAQ.
4. Email me. Note that since BOT is so old, I don't really support it anymore. I try to answer emails but sometimes it takes a while.
