Okay, enough kvetching about our exciting new life in the big city, at least for a few days.

A friend pointed me at this great jwz post, which is ostensibly about Hula. But it gets right to the heart of why I hated working in DC, and why I always wanted to work out here.

If you love writing software, business software is not what you should be doing. Say you loved cooking, and you got a job as a chef... at Bennigan's. Business software is like that.
