oooh, barracuda.
Ah, home. Home is nice. I like being home.
The holes in the living room are pretty much done. The only thing that remains is cleaning up all the crap that has become landscape to us over the past year. Like the milk crates full of CDs that I'm supposed to get rid of.
And to that end, I'm selling a couple hundred CDs for $4 each.
Yes, Marillion could pretty much have its own section in that list. I can look you in the eye and say that.
CD collections are weird. Why did I buy Trust No One by November 17? Or KMFDM Xtort? How many times did I actually listen to those records? It's decisions like those that keep me from buying more CDs. The last thing I want is an even bigger stack of one-listen buyer's remorse. mp3 could be the solution, but for the good records I still want artwork and liner notes and all that. I'd pay $5 for mp3's of that Dandy Warhols record on my list, but I do not want a physical CD. Meanwhile, I would pay $30 for my Pink Floyd Animals CD, and I do want its full package.
Anyway, help clean out my living room. I've got a free copy of Heart's Greatest Hits for the first person to buy some CDs.
