i want some dinner.

I'm in a courtroom in Arkansas, waiting for a vendor's application to update. The update has been running for about four and a half hours. We thought it would take 20 minutes. I want some dinner.

The Treo has been rocking though. I can check email in the airport, talk on speakerphone while typing stuff, automagically dial phone numbers that someone emailed me. I'm close to buying a GPS for the thing -- they have a few that can pretty much compare to a Neverlost[tm]. Help I've become a gadget dipshit.

Speaking of Treos, I am an "interim vice president" at work right now. I'm not particularly suited to the job, but I'm doing the best I can while we find the right person. (I'm working the Treo in here, give me a minute.) So I've been sitting in a lot of meetings lately -- nope, it's not all scotch and private jets -- as well as tagging along on some sales calls. And I've seen a lot of people glued to their Blackberries while meetings go on around them. Weird culture shift. Seems kind of rude. But hey, I need my email as much as the next guy so I'll roll with it.
