Time for more handy (to me) utility software!

• loc - Replaces slocate and updatedb for Cygwin users.
• gse-locate - My Emacs interface to locate (or loc, of course).

I wrote these a long time ago. For all I know there are now other ways to do these things. But I like mine. Life savers, I tell you. Both of them.
